BTTRZ wire Introduction

Introduction: BBTRZ is a flexible mineral insulated cable, commonly known as fire resistant cable. It can withstand 1000 voltage at a flame temperature of 950 degrees for 3 hours without breakdown.

In addition to the advantages of fire resistance, explosion-proof, temperature resistance and large current capacity, it also has the following characteristics: it is not easy to absorb moisture and has better insulation performance. Stable, multi-core, fixed-length production, no intermediate joints, flexible structure, easy to bend, no need for special terminals, no attachments, suitable for all kinds of laying methods, general electrical personnel can be carried out according to the conventional cable laying method.

 

Characters:

Flexibility: Because the conductor of the cable uses mature stranding technology, and the sheath is made of cross-linked inorganic material, non-copper tube type. Therefore, it is not only lightweight but also has soft characteristics. It avoids wiring terminal problems that are often encountered when designing and installing rigid mineral insulated cables.

Fire protection: Since the constituent materials of the cable are all mineral compounds, the non-combustibility of the cable itself is determined. The product complies with BS and IEC international standards, can withstand 950 ° C for 3 hours of combustion under the condition of charging, and guarantee the normal operation of the circuit. Temperature resistance: The cable can work for a long time at an ambient temperature of 125 ° C. In an emergency, it can also work shortly below 1080 °C.

Corrosion resistance: The mineral compound material used in the cable is more resistant to corrosion after irradiation, and can be applied without any additional measures.

Large current carrying capacity: Compared to cables of the same cross section, flexible mineral insulated fireproof cables not only transmit higher currents but also withstand large overloads.

High mechanical strength: Flexible mineral insulated fire-resistant cable is made by cross-linking specially developed inorganic compounds through high-energy electron B-rays; it overcomes the lack of mechanical properties of cables due to the rapid deterioration of material aging characteristics.
